Adding Second Attorney Allows Growing Real Estate Law Practice to Maintain Superior Client-Tailored Legal Counsel

Fitchburg, MA – May 9, 2005 – The Law Office of David R. Rocheford, Jr. today announces that Attorney Andrea R. Freedman has joined its staff.  The addition of a second attorney allows the real estate law firm to grow its practice without compromising service to new and existing customers.  Prior to joining the Law Office of David R. Rocheford, Jr., Ms. Freedman practiced real estate law for two years at a local firm, where she prepared and reviewed purchase and sale agreements and represented sellers in residential real estate transactions.  She also conducted estate administration, handled other probate matters, and was responsible for all civil litigation cases.  Ms. Freedman received her law doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA, in 2002. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. “Having another attorney on staff will allow me to devote more time to nurturing client relationships and developing a comprehensive quality assurance agenda to ensure clients are receiving a high level of service,” said Attorney Rocheford. “In line with the firm’s focus, Andrea will concentrate on real estate transactions, but she will also handle wills, trusts, estate administration and other probate matters.” “I welcome the opportunity Attorney Rocheford has offered to broaden my practice of real estate law and assist with developing his firm,” said Ms. Freedman.  “I share David’s philosophy of being consistently available to clients and delivering reliable, unmatched service.”
